Khubaib Hussain is an entrepreneur and property investor with three decades of experience. Based in Douglasville, Georgia, Khubaib Hussain has owned and operated a diverse portfolio of businesses, including everything from gas stations to retail strip centers and property management ventures.
In the early 1990s, Khubaib Hussain launched his first business venture, a 7-Eleven franchise in Long Island. In 1997, he became the owner of Windy Hill Enterprise, a gas station and strip of retail shops. He oversees all of the company’s operations, handling budgeting and ensuring compliance with business and safety regulations. In 1999, Mr. Hussain became the owner of Moreland Inc., another gas station with rental units, where he is responsible for its core operations. He oversees the company’s staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial performance.
He also owns Kusai Properties, where he guides the operations and manages the finances of rental units. He also handles tenant contracts, vendor coordination, and property upkeep. In 2025, he founded ASI Enterprises, a company that managed rental properties. He was responsible for rent collection, marketing, and safety and compliance.
